The consolidated balance sheet and the consolidated profit and loss account include the figures for the Auto & Recycling Foundation, ARN Holding B.V., ARN Auto Recycling B.V., ARN Recycling Services B.V., ARN Recycling B.V. and ARN Advisory B.V. The figures are taken from the annual financial statements of the various entities, which were audited by KPMG Accountants N.V.
